We play the role of coordinating architecture, engineering and interior design disciplines to ensure the design is workable. During the various stages of design (concept through construction documentation), this process is extremely important to the project and undoubtedly requires a good amount of skill and experience specially to avoid potential issues during construction. We aid in tender analysis, selection and appointment of contractor on the project.

This is purely an on-site role where we take the lead to ensure the completed design is properly executed on site. With extensive hands-on experience on construction sites of various sizes, we have perfected the art of problem solving and conflict resolution. We lead designers, contractors, suppliers and hotel operators while liaising with authorities to work as a single unit in finishing the project within the budget, quality and program. Our scope also includes local and international factory visits, monitoring site progress and ensuring quality of construction.

We collaborate with artists and furniture designers to custom make furniture to suit your needs. We aid in factory inspections, ordering of materials, providing suitable alternates to suit your budget etc.

Depending on the scope, services packages can be tailor made based on hourly/monthly or based on work packages.
